If at any time, you tell us that you no longer wish to receive information about our products or services, or about new developments in our company, and we will not send any further material. World Quest Music does not disclose your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their products and services.
Under certain circumstances, World Quest Music may disclose your personal information, for example, when we are required or authorized by law to do so, for example if a court issues a subpoena; or when you have consented to the disclosure.
World Quest Music will share your personal information if we engage a third party to provide administrative services to us (like computer back-up services or archival file storage) and the third party is bound by our privacy policy, or to fulfill customer orders and arrange for delivery of our products and services to you through our agents. On our website, like most other commercial websites, we may monitor traffic patterns, site usage and related site information in order to optimize our web service.
To help us make credit decisions about customers or clients, prevent fraud or money-laundering, we may on occasion request information about you from the files of consumer reporting agencies.
World Quest Music may also publicize your personal information with your prior consent or if the information is already publicly known (e.g. artist biographical information which you consent to the use of).
World Quest Music offers its customers the opportunity to purchase gift cards to send to friends and family. In order to fulfill these orders, we will require the personal information about the person you wish to send these gift cards to (e.g. name, address, email address). We will not use this person’s personal information for any other purpose |

World Quest Music takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is kept safe from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Among the steps taken to protect your information are: premises security; restricted file access to personal information;; deploying technological safeguards like security software and firewalls to prevent hacking or unauthorized computer access; internal password and security policies.
You can assist in the safeguarding of your information by frequently changing any user passwords and ensuring that you use a secure web browser on your computer.

We normally retain information from candidates after a decision has been made unless you ask us not to retain the information.
